Golf Tournament Details and Sponsorship

The Adult Rehabilitation Ministry (ARM) proudly announces our Fourth Annual ARM Benefit Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Monday, June 22, 2009, at Cedar Crest Golf Course, Host of 1927 GPA Championship, located at 1800 Southland, Dallas, Texas 75203.

The Adult Rehabilitation Ministry founded in 1989 by the Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church, is a 501(c) (3) organization whose mission is to transform chemically dependent individuals through loving accountable relationships and a Christ-centered 12-step process in a residential setting. Since ARM’s inception, over 4,500 men and women have reunited with their families, regained stable employment and given back to the organization and community through monetary contributions along with their time and talents.

The goal of this year’s tournament is to raise funds for the sustained maintenance of our successful program and to continue to impact the lives of chemically dependent individuals.

We invite you to join us as a Tournament Sponsor for this event. We are expecting 100 plus golfers. As a sponsor, you become a much needed agent in transforming lives by helping those who need it the most. All contributions are tax deductible. Sponsors will be included in all media and promotional literature. The following levels of sponsorship are available:

• Platinum Sponsor - ($10,000.00) contribution or higher. Sponsorship includes tournament premier sponsor/tournament naming rights, hole sponsor promotion, invitations for 4 teams of players for participation (16 players total)
• Gold Sponsor – ($7,500.00) contribution. Sponsorship includes featured sponsor promotion, hole sponsor promotion, invitations for 3 teams of players for participation (12 players total)
• Silver Sponsor – ($5,000.00) contribution. Sponsorship includes sponsor promotion, hole sponsor promotion, invitations for 2 teams of players for participation (8 players total)
• Bronze Sponsor – ($3,500.00) contribution. Sponsorship includes Hole Sponsor promotion, hole sponsor promotion and invitations for 1 team of players for participation (4 players total)
• Team Sponsor – ($1,500.00) contribution. Sponsorship includes Team Honorable Mentions promotion, hole sponsor promotion and invitation for 1 team of players for participation (4 players total)
• Breakfast or Luncheon Sponsor
• Silent Auction Sponsor
